Have you ever tried Tapping (EFT)?

Life is stressful, especially all the external world events since approx 2016 than a global pandemic. If you are anything like me, finding new coping skills and releases is a MUST. I can no longer eat chocolate, that's not a long-term plan.

I feel that being a childfree human has helped me during this pandemic that's for sure.

I also felt I needed something with a simple technique and practice.

In this episode my journey with Tapping EFT thus far and what has improved the most.
